Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

Slavia Prague 2-3 SV HAMBURG

A good victory away from home for Hamburg.  The end result was a bit closer than it should've been as we controlled most of the game and had the best of the play and chances. Mensah continued his form with a brace and defensive midfielder Medel also got on the scoresheet.

Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

Valencia 0-2 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

The scoreline suggests that this was a closer game than it actually was, though in the end I'm relieved to come away with the win.  Defender De Laet scored in the 4th minute and although we controlled the game and created loads of chances it took a penalty save from Pickford (from Rooney) to keep it at one nil before a Harry Kane penalty a little over 10 minutes from the end made it a confortable ending to the game.

Leicester City 1 - 2 FOREST

Good win in the East Midlands derby well played ColinW, Grealish and Unal scorers to keep us top of the pack.  Jaden Sancho was oour best player with his passing skills.

Villareal CF 0 - 4 LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW

Absoluetly delighted with win in first match and by good scoreline, 2 for Smolov, 1 each for Dordevic and Krychowiak.  Was a very tight match looking at stats buut we took our chances.

Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

Inter Milan 0-0 UDINESE

Feel disappointed with the chances we created we should have won this match against the leaders, they had no shots on target.  Rudy and Kolasinic both had a good match.

Burnley 0 - 7 SHEFF UTD

Another master performance and 7 goals, we totally destroyed Burnley and up to 4th place but 10pts behind top 3 is going to be much to claw back.  Goals from 2 each for Lincoln and Torres with Cavani coming on for a hatrick, Jason, McCalmont and Shelvey were great in midfield.

Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

BARCELONA 4 - 8 GNK Dinamo Zagreb

Wow what a match and stunned we lost so heavily, well played Sarri.
We outshot Zagreb 34:20 but came away with defeat, Aguero only 2 goals from 13 shots not usual, Paulinho and Mayoral the other scorers.  Gundogan, Felix and Bruffio played well in midfield passing the ball, 14 saves from Zagreb keeper tells the tale.

Bury FC 0- 2 SAINTS

Comfortable win and 3 away points keeping us top of table, thanks to Ings and Boly on his first start of season.  We passed the ball well with the whole team passing well, very pleased with the win.

Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

LEICESTER CITY 1 - 2 Nottingham Forest

Good match and we were unlucky on the night, we matched Forest all the way another taken goal and result would be different.  Lionel Messi only player to really come out with any merit.

SSC Bari 1 - 1 NAPOLI

very poor result for us and drops us further behind title chasers, looking at match stats we dominated the match but failed to get the win.  Midfield played well and strikers were busy.

Re: Post Matchday All Leagues - 1st December

CHELSEA 8 - 0 West Ham

Well did not expect that result, we totally dominated the Hammers and gave them a football lesson.
We had 32 out 60 shots on target, Larsen with 3 goals on debut, 2 for Sane, 1 each for Malacia, Dembele and Kante.  Kante and De Jong bossed that midfield, more of this please.....

BRESCIA 2 - 1 SPAL

Happy with the win, Florian Aye with both goals, the whole team put out a great team performance.

ARSENAL 2 - 0 Newcastle United

Good win over Newcastle, we did well to win the match Mint and Lomotey play well in midfield, Colido and Weah both score and good points.
